Toni Braxton is done singing this particular sad love song.
The Grammy winner has finalized her divorce from her husband
of 12 years, Keri Lewis, a rep for Braxton confirmed Wednesday. The pair
separated in 2009.
"The couple has had an amicable split and will still
both be actively involved in raising their two sons, 11-year-old Denim and
10-year-old Diezel," the rep said in a statement obtained by E! News.

Braxton married Lewis in April 2001 after getting to know
him when his group Mint Condition opened for her on tour. When they parted ways
in November 2009, they gave no explanation for the split and did not say
whether either had filed for divorce.
With no further explanation, Braxton retweeted the following
earlier today: "Sometimes it takes a thousand tries to win."
The 45-year-old artist became a spokeswoman for the advocacy
organization Autism Speaks after their son Diezel was diagnosed with the
condition. She is also a prominent supporter of the American Heart Association.
Despite announcing in February that she was retiring from
music to focus on having a film career, Braxton confirmed last month that she's
working with producer kenneth "babyface" edmonds on her eighth studio
album.
"The whole perspective is a guy and girl, Mars vs.
Venus. Even if you're in love, you're in love for different reasons,"
Edmonds explained the concept to SingersRoom.com.
