Actress Iyabo Ojo denies her Pinkies Foundation is a lesbian group

Pinkies Foundation is a group founded in early 2011 by actress Iyabo Ojo and they say their primary aim is to bring women together irrespective of age or social class, to support each other & share ideas in business, health and improve family values. But there are people who think it's just a lesbian group. Iyabo had finally set the record straight.

In an interview with Sunday Express, Iyabo Ojo said;

"My foundation is not about that. Do I look like a lesbian? I am not a lesbian. Nigerians like attaching irrelevant things to something. They are saying that because I am an actress and because of the name Sexy Pinkies ladies. But it hasn't stopped me from achieving my goals. 80% of the women in the group are married with kids. I am not one who supports lesbianism. I don't have a problem with those who practice it, it's their choice but I do not believe in it because I dont think its normal. Its not biblical. I am not condemning the practitioners but to me its not normal."

Pastor disappears after auto crash in Osun

Online report obtained via VANGUARD NIGERIA stated that anxiety is mounting over the sudden disappearance of the General Overseer of Christ Worshippers Church with headquarters at Osubi, Effurun, Warri, Delta State Prophet Duromola Adedayo Samuel.

One source said Prophet Duromola might have met his death in a ghastly auto crash that occurred, yesterday, between 6.00 p.m and 8.00 p.m. along Akure-Ilesa expressway.

But another source said he might also have been a victim of kidnap.

A source in Ikeji Arakeji area where the crash occurred disclosed that after the crash and the vehicle veered into the bush, they tried to give a helping hand but did not meet anybody inside the vehicle with the number plate already removed.

Osun State police command spokesperson, Mrs Folasade Odoro, said there was no official report to that effect while family members from Owo, Ondo State claimed that they had gone to various hospitals in Owena, Ikeji-Arakeji, Ipetu-Ijesa, Ilesa as his whereabout was still unknown at press time.

According to the family members on search party, the vehicle was found but the prophet was not found, adding that no blood stain or anything curious was noticed at the scene of the accident.

Elder Boro, a member of the Board of Trustees of the church in a telephone interview said Prophet Samuel phone rang throughout the night without response.

He added that may be he was praying on the mountain in Ilesa.

This was corroborated by Pastor Paul Opoweh, the Prophet’s personal assistant, who said efforts to reach him on phone proved abortive.

When the wife, Prophetess Eseoghene Blessing Duromola was contacted, she said Prophet Sanuel went to a mountain at Ilesa, with a promise to return to Akure to pick her and the children to Warri for the end of the year vigil but that did not happen.

2014 prophecies by RCCG's Pastor E. A Adeboye, SCOAN's TB Joshua and MFM's Olukoya

With a new year comes new prophecies...read Pastor E.A Adeboye, Dr. Olukoya and TB Joshua's prophecies for the year below:

Pastor Adeboye's prophecy:
GENERAL/ INDIVIDUAL:
1. God says a divine promise of more than a decade ago will begin to find fulfillment.
2. Someone can expect a prominent divine visitation that will radically alter the course of his or her life
3. Someone will have the first taste. There will be quite a few narrow escapes of tragedies

NIGERIA
1. The future of Nigeria will be determined this year and not in 2015
2. The equation at the beginning of the year will be different from equation at the year end. Therefore, don’t jump into conclusion.

INTERNATIONAL
1. There will be major breakthroughs in medicine and science
2. Pray against noisy highly destructive storms
3. Pray against monumental fire outbreaks.

NB: Other prophecies are not for public consumption, says the G.O

TB Joshua's prophecy:
He delivered the message on air last night  in a live broadcast on Emmanuel TV.
He declared 2014 a year of ‘crossing the bridge’, prophesying it to be a year of destiny where corruption would be corrected in Nigeria as corrupt leaders would go down.
We are tempted so that we may pray the more. Afflictions are meant for our spiritual benefit. This New Year 2014 is not like any other year in the past. It is a year of crossing bridge. To cross the bridge, you need to grab onto faith.
This is not going to be easy for the mighty. Many of the mighty will fall. Pray for them. The rich, famous and popular people – many will fall this 2014 because crossing the bridge is not going to be easy; they need God. Many of them believe it is their own making to be great in their own area of expertise. 98% of businesses and companies are owned by these people.
Many people that are not known will be rise by destiny.
There will be a leadership tussle on who will lead and who will be presidential candidate in APC which will affect them as a political party. They should be vigilant. Many are with them in flesh but not with them in spirit.
Many of the key leaders in political parties will go down in 2014. If many key leaders go down with 2014, what will now happen in 2015?
Pray for 2015 to be fulfilled. The beginner is not the owner but the finisher.
What will happen in 2014 will result in the correction of the corruption in Nigeria because many corrupt leaders will go down in 2014.
God has promised that 2014 is the year of destiny. Your destiny cannot be changed. This New Year, your destiny cannot be tampered with. I command your dream to come true, your dream to come to fulfilment, in Jesus' name.”

SEED TIME HARVEST

I know how it feels when you see the unrighteous prospering. I know how it feels when you try so hard to leave righteously and you see people in church giving testimonies. Yes I know how it feels.

There is a song that says ‘Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus’. But is it true? Well some people will say yes, but most people will say no, yea including me. This is because the journey we pass through believing in God to get what we are asking for is not always sweet and there is a point in time where you can’t even say it out but in your heart you say “God has failed me”. But we know HE hasn’t. His plans are for peace and of a good future.

I know how it feels when you think there is no way out and you are confused and frustrated.  He said as long as the earth remains there is SEED TIME and HARVEST. The SEED is what we need to do i.e. PRAYER, and wait which is TIME. He wants you to develop something in you in order for you to get a bigger and greater HARVEST.

Let’s assume you get what you want quickly without having a difficult journey, you will not have time to develop what God wants you to develop. He may want you to develop your prayer life, patience, fasting, bible study etc. so that when you have your harvest, you will appreciate it.
Take things step by step because “THE SPEED OF THINGS IS NOT ALWAYS PROGRESS”.

HAVE A GREAT HAPPY NEW YEAR. GOD BLESS.

*As Proprietor Sells Day-Old baby to Unknown Man

he Imo State Police Command, Monday, smashed another baby-making factory in Egbu, near Owerri the State capital, arresting the proprietor, one Dr. James Ezuma who runs a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and a clinic.

The police also rescued 16 pregnant girls, including one whose two-hour old baby girl was sold without her knowledge.

Leading his Police Ambush Squad to the No. 40 Egbu Road beside Somachi Automobile Market, Owerri, where Dr. Ezuma, a native of Ndiokeke Ndiakunwanta in Arondizuogu, Ideato North LGA of Imo State, operated his NGO, Ezuma Women and Children Right Initiative, the State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Mohammad Katsina, also rescued a three-year-old boy who was also brought to the place alongside his pregnant mother.

Our reporter observed that the 16 pregnant girls were kept in two rooms that had no windows while repulsive odour oozed out from their rooms.

Speaking with journalists after rescuing the victims, the commissioner of police said, Dr. Ezuma, ”who has been very notorious for gun-running and trafficking of human beings, was eventually apprehended at his residence by the Command Ambush Squad on Tuesday 26th November, 2013 through credible intelligence.

He said the course of his arrest, search was conducted in his premises purportedly registered as an office for an NGO, which turned out to be a baby factory, where teenage girls are encouraged to get pregnant and take home the sum of N100,000 at delivery, on the condition that they would abandon their babies who would be eventually used for purposes ranging from child trafficking to rituals. The police boss disclosed that the suspect was arraigned before an Owerri Chief Magistrate Court 1 on November 1, 2013, for the offence of conspiracy and unlawful possession of firearms. He said the pregnant girls rescued in the premises of Dr. Ezuma were aged between 14 and 19 years, and that after further search was conducted, an automatic
eight-loader pump action gun (which is prohibited) was found in his house.

The CP stated that of major concern to his command was the fact that on November 24, 2013, one of the pregnant girls, Nnachi Chinaza from Ebonyi State, gave birth to a baby girl, who was immediately snatched away by the said Dr. Ezuma and sold to an unknown person. He said all efforts made by the police to find out the whereabout of the baby provedabortive, as according to him, the said suspect had persistently refused to
lead the police to where he kept or sold the baby. While he was not ruling out investigation, Mr. katsina said the presumption at the moment was that the said baby might have been used for ritual purposes.
He
therefore warned the general public to endeavour to keep an eye on their girls so that they would not fall prey to such miscreants like Dr. Ezuma, who did not mean well for the society. The police boss commended the state commissioner for women Affairs for revoking the license of orphanage homes in the state and pledged to partner with her because she had started on a good note.

Speaking to Journalists, one of the victims whose child was snatched from her, Miss Chinaza Nnachi said she was directed to come to the place by an aunt after her boyfriend denied her pregnancy. She said amidst tears, that though she was given N100,000 after delivery, on the promise that they would train her baby, but she never knew her baby would be sold to unknown persons even without her consent.

Also speaking, another victim, 18 year old Blessing Anyaike who came from Lagos, told journalists that she became stranded when she got pregnant, but was directed to the place with the promise that her child would be taken care of.

The suspect while speaking to journalists insisted that he was not into child trafficking, and that the child was given out for adoption on the consent of the mother. Hetold journalists that the “missing child’ has been traced to Ozomagana street in Onitsha” saying social welfare office, in Aba, Twin sisters Motherless Babies’
home Aba, gave the child out and that the girls were admitted as pregnant women.

Other items recovered from the suspect include, 10 exotic cars of different models.
